The "Before"
The house was originally built around 1880 on a 191 acre farm in what is now Haymarket. We bought 10 acres that included the farm house, a three car garage, a barn, two sheds, and an old smoke house.
The house needs an extensive renovation. There was an addition built in 1945 that we will be completely removing and building a slightly larger addition. The rest of the house will be taken down to the studs.
